Job Overview

Cuscal is looking for a Software Engineer (QA) to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of its financial technology platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering secure, compliant, and high-quality software solutions across payments and banking services.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans, cases, and strategies

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks

Collaborate with software engineers and product teams

Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

Ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle

Support continuous improvement of QA processes and tools

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in software quality assurance or test engineering

Knowledge of automated and manual testing methodologies

Familiarity with agile development environments

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Experience in fintech or regulated environments is an advantage
