Job Overview

Audinate is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security to lead and strengthen its global information security program. This leadership role is responsible for defining security strategy, managing organizational risk, and ensuring the protection of systems, data, and intellectual property across the business. The position partners closely with engineering, IT, legal, and executive teams to embed security into all aspects of operations and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s information security strategy and roadmap

Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and security governance initiatives

Oversee compliance with relevant security frameworks, standards, and regulations

Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls

Manage incident response planning, investigations, and remediation

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure product design and delivery

Guide and mentor security professionals and cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in information security leadership or management roles

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, governance, and compliance

Experience working with cloud, enterprise, and product-focused environments

Ability to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Leadership experience managing security programs and influencing senior stakeholders
