Overview

Capital Rx is seeking a Senior Manager of Telecom Analytics & Reporting to lead analytics, reporting, and insights related to telecommunications operations and vendor performance. This role supports data-driven decision-making across operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead telecom analytics, reporting, and performance tracking

Develop dashboards and standardized reporting frameworks

Analyze vendor performance, costs, and service metrics

Partner with internal stakeholders to support operational planning

Identify opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance

Qualifications

Experience in analytics, reporting, or operations analytics

Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams

Ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders
