Overview

Dagster Labs is hiring an experienced Software Engineer to focus on enterprise readiness, helping scale Dagster for large, complex customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

Build and enhance enterprise-grade features and tooling

Improve scalability, reliability, and observability of the platform

Collaborate with Product and Customer Engineering teams

Address enterprise customer requirements and feedback

Contribute to open-source and commercial Dagster offerings

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong proficiency in Python and backend systems

Experience with distributed systems or data infrastructure

Familiarity with enterprise SaaS requirements

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 185,000 – 230,000
