Overview

KBRA is seeking a Director or Senior Director to lead CMBS new issuance activities. This role involves analytical oversight, transaction leadership, and engagement with issuers and market participants.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis of CMBS new issuance transactions

Oversee credit risk assessment and rating methodologies

Review offering documents and transaction structures

Manage junior analysts and review analytical outputs

Interact with issuers, investors, and internal stakeholders

Contribute to thought leadership and market commentary

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in CMBS, structured finance, or credit ratings

Deep understanding of commercial real estate and securitization

Strong analytical and leadership capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 160,000 – 220,000
