Overview

Zocdoc is hiring a Manager of Software Engineering to lead and scale engineering teams responsible for building reliable, user-centered healthcare technology products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams

Drive technical excellence, delivery, and system reliability

Partner with Product and Design to define technical roadmaps

Oversee architecture decisions, code quality, and best practices

Support hiring, onboarding, and team development

Balance technical execution with people leadership

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams

Strong background in software development and system design

Experience delivering large-scale consumer or SaaS platforms

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Ability to coach engineers and foster inclusive team environments

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 210,000 – 270,000
