Overview

Anthropic is hiring a Head of Security Risk to lead enterprise-wide security risk strategy, governance, and mitigation across advanced AI systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute security risk management strategy

Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and mitigation planning

Partner with engineering, legal, and leadership teams

Establish security governance frameworks and controls

Oversee incident response and risk reporting

Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in security risk, cybersecurity, or governance

Proven leadership in complex, high-security environments

Strong understanding of cloud, AI, and enterprise systems

Experience working with executive leadership

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 345,000 – 410,000
