Overview

Rogo is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to scale sales effectiveness through training, tools, content, and process optimization. This role works at the intersection of sales, product, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales enablement strategies

Create onboarding, training, and certification programs

Build and maintain sales playbooks, messaging, and collateral

Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps

Analyze sales metrics to measure enablement impact

Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue roles

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes

Experience supporting high-growth or SaaS organizations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
