Overview

DriveWealth is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead technical pre-sales strategy and execution. This leadership role is responsible for guiding solution architecture, customer engagement, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering team

Own technical discovery, solution design, and client architecture strategy

Partner closely with Sales to support enterprise deals and complex integrations

Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders

Drive best practices for demos, proofs of concept, and solution delivery

Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap decisions

Mentor engineers and develop technical leadership capabilities

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical leadership

Strong background in APIs, financial systems, or fintech platforms

Proven experience leading and scaling technical teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions

Compensation

Base Salary Range: USD 180,000 – 200,000
