The Role

As a Brand & GTM Analytics Manager, you’ll join the Growth Marketing Strategy & Analytics team, helping to shape Cash App’s marketing strategy through analytics and performance measurement. You will unify fragmented top-of-funnel measurement, build geo-based insights, and influence executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a measurement framework for top-of-funnel brand marketing (TV, OOH, experiential, social).

Lead a centralized strategy for geo-based marketing initiatives across channels and markets.

Analyze brand and GTM initiatives alongside customer adoption and engagement trends.

Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.

Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering to integrate brand channels into core reporting infrastructure.

Design and automate reporting for brand channels and target geographies.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in analytics, marketing measurement, or related roles.

Deep understanding of top-of-funnel marketing and its connection to acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Experience building and scaling measurement programs for brand or geo-based marketing initiatives.

Ability to recommend measurement approaches (brand lift studies, geo experiments) and communicate tradeoffs.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to create strategic roadmaps.

Familiarity with network effects and marketing strategies that leverage them.

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Mode, Looker).
