Position Summary

The International Finance Pricing Manager will be responsible for owning and executing the global pricing strategy for Envoy Global’s international service offerings. This role is ideal for an analytical self-starter with experience in large-scale pricing systems, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic operations. You will lead pricing system administration, pricing project delivery, and process optimization across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Governance

Own and maintain the global pricing catalogue for all services, fee types, and currencies.

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support pricing inquiries and service proposals.

Evaluate and refine pricing procedures and playbooks to enhance operational efficiency.

Project Leadership & Implementation

Lead and manage international pricing implementation projects with cross-department alignment.

Provide project management oversight for ad hoc pricing initiatives and strategic pricing adjustments.

Process Improvement

Analyze current pricing processes to identify redundancies and opportunities for automation or improvement.

Execute enhancements to pricing systems, workflows, and documentation to support scalability.

Collaboration & Communication

Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders to drive pricing alignment and consistency.

Provide pricing insights and data support in internal working sessions and external client engagements.

Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience

5+ years of international pricing experience in a corporate environment.

Strong quantitative, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills

Experience in the immigration, global mobility, or professional services industry.

Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

Experience managing pricing systems and global fee structures.
