Job Summary
Magnate Ventures is looking for a Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead its land sales division. The role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing a sales team, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of land parcels. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented sales leader with a proven track record in land sales, excellent leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the Kenyan real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement land sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and optimize the sales pipeline.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coach sales executives. Lead weekly sales meetings and ensure team accountability.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Site Visits & Promotions: Oversee and coordinate site visits, develop promotional strategies, and work with marketing to generate leads.
Reporting & Market Intelligence: Track and report sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all land sales transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and oversee accurate documentation of agreements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Land Economics, or related field.
At least 5 years’ proven experience in land sales (mandatory), with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan land laws, processes, and regulations.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in real estate.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
KPIs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in value and volume.
Maintain a conversion rate of at least 30% from qualified leads.
Conduct a minimum of 10 client follow-ups weekly, resolving inquiries within 48 hours.
Generate at least 3 new leads monthly from untapped market segments.
Submit accurate weekly sales reports and maintain 100% CRM data accuracy.
