Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officers

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales channels for FoxESS solar equipment and energy storage systems.

Conduct targeted product marketing to build brand and product awareness.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, and key clients.

Coordinate product delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose strategies.

Support product launches, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the solar industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets under retainer + commission structures.

Experience with solar equipment distribution, especially inverters and lithium-ion batteries.

Strong understanding of solar market dynamics in Kenya/East Africa.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
