Job Summary
The ECDE teacher will be responsible for delivering quality education to pre-primary learners. This includes preparing lesson plans, teaching foundational literacy and numeracy, and supporting children’s social and emotional growth. The teacher will also engage with parents and guardians to promote holistic child development.
This role requires patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children to build strong educational foundations.
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Development and Education from a recognized institution
Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) or eligible for registration
Strong classroom management and child engagement skills
Creativity in teaching methods and ability to use play-based learning
Experience in ECDE teaching is an added advantage
