Job Summary
The County Valuation Officer will be responsible for property valuation for rating, land acquisition, compensation, and other government purposes. The officer will also prepare valuation rolls, maintain valuation records, and provide advisory services to the county.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

Registered and licensed by the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property valuation.

Knowledge of land laws, valuation methods, and property markets.
