Job Summary
The Director will provide strategic leadership in cooperative development across the county. Duties include policy formulation, capacity building of cooperative societies, auditing, and ensuring compliance with cooperative laws. The director will also foster growth in savings, investments, and value chain development.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Co-operative Management, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field.

At least 10 years’ experience in cooperative sector leadership.

In-depth knowledge of cooperative laws and policies in Kenya.

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
