Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of bartenders and servers, and ensure excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of bar management, and the ability to balance staff management, finances, and compliance while creating a fun and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Staff & Operations Management

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Oversee day-to-day activities and monitor staff performance.

Motivate the team to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.

Financial & Inventory Management

Manage budgets, sales tracking, and expense control for profitability.

Conduct regular inventory checks, place timely beverage orders, and minimize waste.

Negotiate with suppliers for the best deals and ensure accurate deliveries.

Compliance & Maintenance

Ensure compliance with all laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol.

Maintain high health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Monitor bar equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.

Customer Experience & Atmosphere

Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.

Create and maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere through ambiance, lighting, and music.

Develop new drink menus and promotions to boost revenue.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality management.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Experience with inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Ability to train and inspire staff while solving operational challenges.
