AGL is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join its Nairobi office. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role focuses on cost optimization, supplier management, and ensuring smooth procurement processes to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze procurement costs and recommend cost-saving strategies.

Conduct regular market research and supplier evaluations.

Process and issue LPOs in line with company requirements.

Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.

Liaise with internal departments to fulfill procurement needs.

Track and update users on routine and monthly orders.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics.

At least 3 years’ experience in procurement.

Membership with the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).

Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
